5. YOUR RIGHTS CONCERNING PERSONAL DATA ACCORDING TO LAW NO. 6698

In case you send your requests regarding the above-mentioned rights to our Company in compliance with the principles stipulated in Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to Data Supervisor, Mehmet Özen will conclude your request as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest for free according to the type of your request. However, if the process requires an extra cost, Mehmet Özen may request the fee in the tariff determined by Personal Data Protection Board.
