As Özen Compressor, in the scope defined for our organization, we conduct activities related to the design, production, sales, and after-sales services of "Reciprocating and Screw Compressors" while adhering to the principles of customer-centricity in all areas covered by the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001). We continuously aim to improve our technology, human resources, and stakeholders, ensuring the continuous quality and development of our products and services at the highest level, while also prioritizing the health, safety, and environmental well-being.

To increase the efficiency of our employees within the organization, harnessing their capabilities, strengths, creativity and providing opportunities for their development through training and other activities, we create a safe and healthy working environment to gain their satisfaction and loyalty.
